Online Registration

Please register online from ICP2016 Online Registration System. Registrations received after June 30, 2016 will be processed as on-site registrations.

On-site Registration

While on-site registration will be possible, it is recommended that participants register well in advance and take advantage of the fee reductions. On-site registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Allocation of a delegate bag cannot be guaranteed.

On receipt of online registration and completion of payment, you could download your Registration Confirmation Sheet from ICP2016 Online Registration System.
You will be required to bring the Registration Confirmation sheet with you in order to receive your badge.

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:

  • * Any bank charges including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
  • * If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.
  • * For the invoice, you could download it from ICP2016 Online Registration System after registration.
  • * For the receipt, you could choose to get at the Congress counter or print out from ICP2016 Online Registration System when you have registration.
  • * But please note that on-line registration with a credit card is faster and easier.

Cancellation of Participation

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Registration Office.
Following amount of refund will be applied depending on the date of notification by Fax or E-mail.

Cancellation and Refunds:

by December 31, 2015 * 75% of the registration fee (plus bank handling charges)
between January 1 - March 1, 2016 50% of the registration fee (plus bank handling charges)
after March 1, 2016 No refund
  • * Please note that the Registration Office will close from December 29, 2015 until January 3, 2016 for year-end through New Year holidays. However, the cancellation will be based on the reached date of notification. All reply will be sent after January 4, 2014.
  • *For bank transfer payment, a bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund.
  • *All refunds will be made after the Congress.

For the registrant who submitted the paper

You can submit your abstract before or after registration and payment. If you would prefer to pay after receiving notification of abstract acceptance, you are required to pay the registration fee by April 1, 2016 in order for your presentation to be included in the program. Please note that the registration fee will increase from December 2, 2015. If you have completed payment but wish to cancel your attendance due to non-acceptance of your abstract, you will be fully refunded if you directly inform the ICP2016 office of your intention to withdraw by email () within a month of receiving notification of non-acceptance.

List of Participants

To encourage communication and collaboration amongst psychologists, participants will be given the opportunity to have their name, institution, city, and country included on the list of participants published on the congress website. A bulletin board will also available for use by participants in the congress registration area.
