- 1) Japanese Cultural Experience Program
Tickets are being distributed for Japanese cultural programs. To obtain tickets, please visit the Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau desk during the period of the Congress. - 2) Free Minatomirai Line One-day-ticket *For overseas participants only
One-day tickets will be distributed for free to 1,000 participants from overseas on a first-come, first-served basis (during the period of the Congress; one ticket per person only). To obtain a ticket, please stop by the Yokohama Convention & Visitors Bureau desk on the 2nd floor of the Conference Center at PACIFICO Yokohama. After you have used the ticket, we kindly ask you to fill out a short questionnaire. Those who have filled out the questionnaire will be given a souvenir (sushi magnet).
Hands-on Japanese Culture Programs
Hands-on culture programs are offered to learn about tea ceremony, flower arrangement, calligraphy, wearing a yukata (summer kimono), and origami . Please see below for the schedule and maximum number of participants accepted for each program.

A booth selling Japanese and Yokohama souvenirs will be set up at the Exhibition Hall. The lineup includes traditional crafts, electronic appliances, confectionaries, sake, daily necessities, clothes, and cosmetics. Come and check out the products tailored to participants from both overseas and Japan.

Luggage Delivery Service *For overseas participants only
Luggage-free sightseeing service is available for overseas participants arriving at Haneda Airport. After arriving at the airport, you can leave your suitcases and other luggage with us, and we will deliver them to your hotel or PACIFICO Yokohama in the evening. Spend your day enjoying sightseeing in Tokyo or Yokohama without your luggage.
Please leave your luggage at the special service counter located next to KEIKYU Tourist Information Center (TIC) at Haneda Airport by 1 pm on the day of your arrival. Luggage will be delivered in order from 4 pm.
You will need to apply in advance to utilize this service. More information including the details of the service will be available in the coming days.
